To provide some top tips, tools and resources to help you present data effectively – in tables, charts, maps and text.
We are bombarded with data on a daily basis; on our televisions, smartphones, computers, radios, in newspapers, on billboards, posters, and signs, from the media, commentators, our colleagues and our friends. When dealing with so much data, clear and accurate presentation is essential. You must make sure that your messages are easily understood, interpreted, and attract attention amongst all the other data out there.
Our training course gives practical advice and guidance to help you present your data effectively, and to make sure that your audience understands the intended messages quickly and easily.
By the end of the course you will understand:
- the principles that underpin good data presentation
- the most common ways of presenting data – the good and the bad
- how you can present data to different audiences to create the highest impact.

The course is intentionally ‘basic’ in its approach and content, and little or no previous knowledge of statistical presentation is required.
